PPIC (Mandarin Speaker)

Position Purpose: Ensure production and sales balance through effective planning, coordination, and communication aligned with Indonesia manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning

·       Develop monthly, weekly production plans based on demand and inventory

·       Coordinate with supply chain for raw material planning

·       Monitor material availability (MRP / SAP)

·       Issue production orders and instructions

2. Production Coordination

·       Coordinate manpower, machine, material, method, environment (5M1E)

·       Adjust plans based on production issues

·       Track daily production output and report performance

3. Data & Analysis

·       Analyze production capacity and efficiency

·       Monitor material consumption and energy usage

·       Identify production deviations and improvement actions

4. New Product / Trial Production

·       Coordinate trial production preparation

·       Manage trial execution and cost tracking

·       Support mass production launch

5. System & SAP Management

·       Maintain production orders in SAP

·       Ensure data synchronization with traceability system

6. Management Responsibilities

·       Team supervision and development

·       Budget control

·       Cross-department coordination

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years

• Knowledge: Production Planning, Supply Chain, SAP/MRP

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software

• Understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and distribution networks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Experience coordinating with international partners or suppliers preferred

• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties when required

• Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
