Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

To support the end-to-end sampling activities for the 360 IPS business by coordinating with Logistics, Production, Sales, Finance and Saksham Bharat to ensure timely sample planning and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate sample requirements from different teams.
• Coordinate with Production for sample planning and preparation.
• Track samples from requirement to dispatch and maintain status updates.
• Coordinate with Dispatch/Logistics for timely sample movement.
• Maintain sample trackers, records and basic MIS.
• Follow up with relevant teams on pending samples and delays.
• Support implementation of a standardized sampling process and SOP.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of sample details.
• Escalate critical delays/issues to the reporting manager.
• Work with a business-first and team-oriented approach.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for B.Com / BBA
• Fresher or 01 year experience in PPIC, operations or coordination.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong willingness to learn, ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
