PPIC Planner dan Iventory Control

About the role

This is a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) position responsible for coordinating production schedules, optimising manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery across sales, production, purchasing, and warehouse functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Production Schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Reduce changeover time and production losses
• Determine production priorities
• Coordinate between Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments
• Ensure on-time delivery

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in the same position (PPIC / Production Planning & Inventory Control), preferably from manufacturing industry (ceramic, tile, or process-based/mass production manufacturing preferred)
• Understanding of supply chain management concepts, machine capacity planning, and production scheduling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar manufacturing systems)
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments
