What they need
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control in a manufacturing company.
- Experienced in production planning, capacity planning, material planning, and inventory monitoring.
- Familiar with MRP, production schedules, material availability, and delivery deadlines.
- Able to analyze production capacity, manpower requirements, and inventory levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other related departments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage changing production priorities.
- Willing to be placed in Madiun
