A manufacturing company specializing in corrugated cardboard and corrugated box packaging, located in Kapuk Kamal, North Jakarta, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as:

PPIC STAFF

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage production plans based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Develop production schedules and monitor production progress to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate material requirements for production.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales departments regarding production planning and scheduling.
• Monitor order status and identify potential delays or production issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to production, material usage, and order status.
• Ensure production activities are carried out efficiently according to targets, priorities, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in PPIC, preferably within the corrugated box, packaging, or manufacturing industry, is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production planning, material requirements, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
