- Conduct regular evaluations of machine capacity and manpower needs.
- Prepare and review production schedules based on customer demand and machine capacity.
- Check and plan raw material and supporting material requirements according to the production schedule.
- Set team KPI and coordinate with other departments.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering).
- Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) & Microsoft Excel.
- Understand inventory management concepts & production scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team.
