PRODUCTION PLANNING & INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

About the Role

Dermesse Inc. is looking for a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor to oversee production planning and inventory control processes. This role ensures the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while maintaining efficient and cost-effective operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee production planning and inventory control (PPIC) for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure production and inventory objectives are met.
• Monitor inventory movement and production requirements to prevent shortages or excess stocks.
• Analyze data and use management tools to identify and address potential operational issues.
• Recommend improvements to enhance production planning and inventory efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience as a PPIC Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and production planning principles.
• Experience using ERP or production planning systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
