PPIC Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a PPIC Supervisor to join our Food Manufacturing in Sukabumi, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our factory operations. As PPIC Supervisor, you will oversee production planning, inventory control, and scheduling activities to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility and directly impacts our ability to meet production targets and delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory levels

• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimise waste whilst ensuring adequate stock availability

• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Prepare and present regular reports on production planning, inventory status and key performance indicators

• Manage material requirements planning (MRP) systems and ensure data accuracy

• Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the production planning and inventory control processes

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and production delays through effective problem-solving and coordination

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and inventory management principles

• Proficiency in MRP systems and manufacturing software

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

• Leadership capabilities with experience supervising and developing team members

• Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
