PPIC SUPERVUSOR

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production plans and schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials by coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and related functions.
• Monitor inventory levels, production realization, and material requirements to minimize shortages, excess stock, and production delays.
• Analyze PPIC data and prepare reports related to production planning, inventory, and material availability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning, material, and production issues and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve production planning, inventory management, and overall PPIC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Bekasi / East Jakarta.
