PPM Planner

Mosanada FMS is looking for an experienced and organized PPM Planner to join our Facilities Management team in Qatar.

Job Summary

The PPM Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities across assigned facilities. The role requires strong coordination with maintenance teams, supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and in accordance with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules in line with contractual and operational requirements.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly PPM activities for MEP and other building services.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure planned activities are completed as scheduled.
• Monitor PPM completion, outstanding tasks, overdue activities, and maintenance backlogs.
• Update and maintain maintenance schedules and records within the CAFM/CMMS system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PPM reports and performance updates.
• Track maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation and closure of completed work orders.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and access requirements for scheduled maintenance activities.
• Follow up on incomplete or delayed PPM tasks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance KPIs, SLA compliance, and contractual requirements.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and adjust maintenance plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding planned maintenance activities and access requirements.
• Ensure maintenance activities are planned with minimal disruption to facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of PPM schedules, completion status, and maintenance history.
• Perform other duties related to maintenance planning and coordination as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in MEP/FM operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance processes and scheduling.
• Experience using CAFM/CMMS systems is required.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance schedules and priorities.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
