PPM Technical Consultant L3 Support
We are looking for an experienced PPM Technical Consultant to provide L3 configuration and application support for the Wellspring Accolade PPM platform. This is a long-term engagement.
Key Requirements:
6+ years of experience in application/technical support or configuration
Experience with PPM, workflow or project/portfolio management platforms
Hands-on experience configuring workflows, business processes and application functionality
Good understanding of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
Life Sciences or FMCG domain experience preferred
Accolade experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided
JavaScript development experience is an added advantage
Accolade / Planisware / Planview or similar PPM platform experience would be highly relevant
