What they need
- Preparation of Inventory Report depot wise & plant wise on daily basis
- Preparation of Summary Report for Management having details of Stock and its movement
- Preparation of STO Report and working on STO for depots
- Providing production request to the Head PPMC
- Participate in company audits and coordinate with internal auditor
- Identify / Highlight any discrepancies with respect to Production / Sales order and STO requirement
- Generation of multiple reports related to Inventory as and when required
- Responsible for maintaining inventory at each location/depot, timely communication of requirements with concern team
- Monitor inventory levels of every depot basis min-max data available on SAP, changing MIN MAX at appropriate time looking at current scenario
