• Contact person for quality issues in development projects.
• Analysis of quality-relevant requirements for the product in the offer phase.
• Support to set up offer presentations to the customer (manufacturing, quality).
• Support new projects to achieve robust design and capable processes.
• Planning, conducting, and communicating quality gate reviews.
• Evaluating and controlling advance quality planning, e.g., according to APQP, PPAP, VDA4.
• Monitoring and support of development tests, prototype results, pre-series, and sample series.
• Carrying out process analysis, improvement and controlling.
• Carrying out process acceptances or process audits according to VDA Volume 6 Part 3 as well as.
• participating and supporting in customer audits.
• Ensuring quality-compliant series production from design to initial sample release.
• Leading external and internal problem-solving activities and manage the corrective actions.
• Participation in corrective action and continuous improvement measures.
• Support of DFMEA,PFMEA teams and lead of Control plan tasks.
• Processing and updating customer databases.
• Creation of internal quality targets for new projects.
• Prepare quality inspection gauge preparation if need.
• Make EPC plan/work instructions base on new project/customer ‘s requirements.
• Support customer complaints in series production stage if needed.
• Ensure to work according to the requirements of EMS (environmental management system) and OHSMS (occupational health and safety management system).
• Supporting change management process (Product, Process and Supplier Parts).
• Change Owner for changes in series production.
• Report to the Quality manager and responsible project manager on potential problems during project development.

Basic Requirements

• Bacholer degree + 5 years of experience in a Quality position in automotive business.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in production process development.
• Experience in root cause analysis and related tools (e.g. Ishikawa, 5-why).
• Experience in continuous improvement (QM-System, Production Quality, Project Quality).
• Knowledge about automotive core tools.
• Knowledge in IATF 16949:2016 requirements .
• Knowledge in internal process audits (VDA6.3 process auditor education preferred).
• Knowledge about APQP, PPAP and VDA4 requirements.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Very good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel globally.
