PPROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of our real estate development projects, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards and project objectives.

The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of managing development or construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The role requires someone who can take ownership of projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception through completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, consultants, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, scope and quality requirements.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actions to ensure timely execution.
• Identify project risks, delays, constraints and issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular site and project progress reviews and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
• Review project documentation, drawings, specifications, reports and other project deliverables as required.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between the Client, Management, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor the utilisation of project resources and ensure efficient deployment of materials, personnel and other resources.
• Prepare regular project status and progress reports for Management.
• Maintain appropriate project records, documentation, schedules and reporting systems.
• Support procurement, contractor engagement, tendering and project-related commercial processes where required.
• Support cost monitoring and ensure project activities remain aligned with approved budgets.
• Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, standards and applicable requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of project management processes, systems and reporting structures.
• Provide Management with timely updates, recommendations and information required for project-related decision-making.
• Carry out other project coordination and management responsibilities required to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in the real estate, construction or property development industry, with strong preference for candidates with substantial real estate development experience.
• Demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager or in a substantial project management capacity is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning and pre-construction through execution, completion and handover.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate development, construction processes and project execution.
• Proven experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, internal teams and other project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills.
• Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive projects through to completion.
• Proficiency with relevant project management, productivity and reporting tools.
• Candidates based in Oyo State or its environs are strongly preferred, particularly those able to work regularly from the project location in Ibadan.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong real estate experience who can take ownership of projects and drive them from plans and drawings through to physical execution and completion. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across consultants, contractors, site teams, Management and other stakeholders, while maintaining close control of project timelines, deliverables, documentation, resources and reporting.

We value candidates who also understand operations, administration, business and strategic priorities, as these skills will support effective project coordination and decision-making.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
