该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： - 处理SMT制程段日常质量问题 - 处理日常客户投诉，及时将客户抱怨反馈至相关部门，并实施快速响应的各项措施 - 跟进项目的生产及质量 - 客户处质量信息的收集 - 协助内部相关部门分析问题，支持8D小组活动，按客户要求监督责任部门的整改进度，并及时回复客户 - 每周与相关部门讨论重大质量问题的对策及执行情况，并努力完成目标 - 岗位相关的其它工作。 任职要求： -本科及以上学历 -5年及以上相关质量工作经验，消费电子行业优先，熟悉SMT制程者尤佳 -良好的团队合作能力及沟通能力 工作地点：浙江嘉兴海盐
