岗位概述 负责电机/控制器的过程质量监控，面向电机本体+控制器（电控）产线，聚焦产品生产全流程，保证装配、测试、工艺过程稳定，管控制程PPM、一次良率，处理产线异常、推动问题闭环，衔接研发、工艺、生产、客户质量，为客户提供技术支持。 岗位职责 负责生产质量的监督与控制，对过程质量事故进行分析与解决。 客户质量问题闭环与报告输出。 与团队一起推动过程质量和持续改进。 给QC团队或客户提供指导和技术支持。 为生产异常的解决提供支持。 负责质量系统及数据分析，识别和组织专题质量改善。 负责编制QC 检验作业指导书。 熟悉ISO9001 和IATF16949质量管理体系。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，机械/电子/电机相关专业，至少5年相关岗位工作经验。 掌握电机和控制器的问题解决能力。 熟悉电机和控制器工艺及品质管控。 良好的沟通和问题分析解决能力。 具有中级质量工程师证/质量经理证书/ISO9001 和IATF16949证书者优先。 语言要求: 英语,中文 SUMMARY OF ROLE Responsible for the process quality monitoring of motors/controllers, focusing on the motor and controller (electronic control) production line, concentrating on the entire product production process, ensuring the stability of assembly, testing, and process procedures, managing process PPM and first-time yield, handling production line abnormalities, promoting problem closure, connecting R&D, process, production, and customer quality, and providing technical support to customers. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for production quality supervision and control, quality accident analysis and resolution. Ÿ Responsible for customer problem solving and develop 8D to customer. Ÿ Drive process quality and continuous improvement align with Team。 Ÿ Provide coaching and technical support to QC team or customer.

Ÿ Provide support for production exception resolving.

Ÿ Responsible for ERP systems and data management for coordination of manufacturing operations. Ÿ Responsible for developing QC work instruction Ÿ Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical related major, and at least 5 years experience in similar roles. Ÿ Familiar motor & Controller technical problem solving ability. Ÿ Master motor & controller technology and quality control. Ÿ Good communications and problem analysis and solution abilities. Ÿ Those with Intermediate Quality Engineer Certificate/Quality Manager Certificate /ISO9001 and IATF16949 certificates are preferred. Languages
