What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 1、新项目充分识别客户需求并输出客户标准； 2、 参与新产品开发流程四大评审并把关；
3、 NPI阶段品质问题的推动改善；
4、 新产品、新工艺、新型设备评审及buyoff；
5、 参与ECN/FMEA/QCFC评审；
6、 成品风险评估。 岗位要求：
1、统招专科以上，具有3年及以上PQE工作经验；
2、性格开朗，责任心强，工作积极主动勤奋，有较强的沟通能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神。
3、优先考虑：有电池经验优先，有A客户经验优先
