• Strong quality sense and quality management skills.
• Proficient in SMT&Assembly process quality control&method. 3 .Familiar with IPC-A-610/IPC-7711/7721.
• Familiar with OEM requirement FORD/VW/BMW//VOLVO/ Etc.
• Familiar with Minitab. GD&T, gage using and measurement device.
• Familiar with core tool ,especial for problems solving skill..
• Lead team solving the site quality issues and follow up the improvement status.
• Lead first passed yield improvement, coordinate with MFG/ME/Eng to work out an effective action plan.
• Other works assigned by quality manager.
• Ensure to work according to the requirements of EMS (environmental management system) and OHSMS (occupational health and safety management system).
• Production Quality performance summary and tracking.
• Daily defects product check and support with MFGE for defect analyze as needed. Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English skills(writing and speaking).
• Knowledge in IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
• Knowledge about automotive core tools.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
