Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

负责AI超节点系统的端到端质量管理工作，并借助公司的AI智能体平台实现高效的质量管控，包括：

1. 新品质量管理：负责新产品量产前（设计、测试、试产阶段）的质量管理，识别质量风险并推动问题解决。；

2. 转段管理：负责项目各关键里程碑的质量把关，包括关键文档管理、过程质量管理、遗留问题处理、问题单规范管理等，确保项目高质量交付；

3. 批重点问题管理：从客户角度出发，跟进试产、量产各阶段的生产、售后疑似质量问题，协调研发/SQE/服务等团队通过虚拟团队方式解决问题；

4. 质量指标管理：定期监控产品关键质量数据，包括故障率/DOA率/批重点问题等，针对不达标部分组织质量专项进行改善；

5. 流程及标准：负责建立和维护产品质量相关的流程、标准和规范，确保产品质量在业界的竞争力。

岗位需求：

1. 学历专业：大学本科及以上学历，人工智能、电子工程等相关专业优先。

2. 工作经验：拥有三年以上服务器或个人计算机行业工程师工作经验，对服务器或个人计算机硬件和软件技术有深入了解，能熟练运用AI工具提升工作效率。

3. 沟通协作：具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户、研发、供应链、服务等各方高效沟通，协同解决各类问题。

4. 质量管理工具运用：熟练运用 PFMEA、NUDD、DFX等质量管理工具，有6Sigma实际项目经验者优先。

5. 办公软件技能：熟练掌握 EXCEL 及 PPT 操作，能够运用其进行数据分析、报告展示等工作。

6. 语言能力：英文水平良好，具备熟练的中英文听说读写能力。
