Key Responsibilities
- Source, manage, and coordinate influencers, affiliates, and brand partners
- Handle PR seeding, affiliate links, codes, and payouts
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and partners
- Monitor and report campaign performance and results
- Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are followed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in PR, influencer, or affiliate marketing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce is a plus
