PR & Marketing Admin Associate

Responsibilities:
Assist department with sourcing of packaging materials, branded physical touchpoints, ensuring end-to-end communication with vendors and internal stakeholders (coordination of quotations, sampling, consolidation/submission of orders, delivery)

Coordination of seasonal sample orders from global PR & Marketing teams, working closely with the manufacturing team on fulfilment

Handle general admin duties for the wider division, inclusive of monthly budget consolidations, claim submissions, POs, invoice processing, etc

Managing department sample inventory and supporting the warehouse/logistics teams to ensure destination-specific regulatory and customs compliance for product deliveries

Facilitate relevant shipments and liaise with local and global courier services

Assist in undertaking ad-hoc assignments as & when required

Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ equivalent

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup functions would be advantageous)

Ability to coordinate between various departments and manage timelines

Great attention to detail, careful and precise

Possess good communication skills and a team player
