Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic PR & Social Media Executive to manage public relations, media communication, social media, and content creation. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s public image and managing communication across digital and media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media notes, announcements, social media captions, blogs, articles, and digital ad copies.
• Plan and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Coordinate media coverage for events, campaigns, and brand activities.
• Monitor media mentions and prepare PR/social media reports.
• Provide creative content inputs based on campaign and business requirements.
• Coordinate with media, government representatives, and other external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with digital trends, audience behaviour, and regional communication trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Writing.
• Excellent Marathi writing and communication skills; good command of English and Hindi.
• Strong content writing and creative communication skills.
• Understanding of the Maharashtra audience and regional media landscape.
• Good understanding of Maharashtra political and current affairs landscape.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Creative thinking with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
