Internship Overview

FDM internships involve a variety of tasks where interns will gain experience and an understanding of the luxury Lingerie, Swim, and RTW markets. Our studio is a collaborative team where all members work together to support our mutual growth. We will provide the candidate with experience and knowledge in many aspects of operating a small, but fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to work with several departments including sales, e-commerce, PR and marketing, social media, production, and design.

• 3 - 6 Months Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 full days required)

Responsibilities

• Work with the PR and marketing team on press pulls for top publications, celebrity stylists, and bloggers.
• Maintain press trafficking doc, always keeping information organized and up-to-date
• Take ownership of sample closet organization
• Archive previous collections and maintain log of all sampled styles and their location Manage studio inventory - receiving merchandise, sending- he warehouse and boutique
• Work with the e-commerce team on photoshoots - prepping samples, updating shot list, and checking in looks after shoot
• Facilitate sample requests for wholesale accounts
• Organize and log stock for sample sale and other shopping events
• Track press placements and manage press credits
• Assist in setting up for press previews and boutique events

Qualifications

• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities on a daily basis
• Ability to work independently and follow up on tasks assigned
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
