PR MANAGER

Role Overview

The PR Manager leads the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic PR and experiential campaigns, ensuring strong client alignment, impactful media and KOL engagement, and high-quality campaign delivery. This role combines hands-on PR expertise with direct team leadership, client management, campaign oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute PR strategies, campaigns, events, and influencer activations aligned with client and brand objectives.

· Manage relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, creators, vendors, and event partners.

· Oversee PR content, pitches, press materials, influencer guides, and campaign deliverables.

· Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, media coverage, and prepare post-campaign reports and recommendations.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team while coordinating with Accounts, Creative, Production, and external partners.

· Manage client presentations, pitches, approvals, budgets, timelines, and campaign escalations.

· Support the PR Director in strategy, new business, and other PR initiatives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· 3+ years of direct people-management experience with at least 3 direct reports; 5+ preferred.

· PR agency experience is required, including strategic PR and experiential/event campaigns.

· Strong media, KOL/influencer, client, vendor, and stakeholder networks.

· Proven experience handling senior/C-suite clients, pitches, and complex campaign approvals.
