About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR Manager to lead our public relations initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong media relationships, managing corporate communications, enhancing brand reputation, and executing impactful PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, official statements, and corporate communications.
• Coordinate interviews, media briefings, and press conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR performance reports.
• Manage crisis communication and protect the company's reputation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, and Leadership teams on branding and communication initiatives.
• Identify sponsorships, partnerships, and public engagement opportunities.
• Organize corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all external communications maintain a consistent brand voice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Brand Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong media networking and relationship management skills.
• Experience in writing press releases and managing corporate communications.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive communications professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consumer brands, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or fitness industries.
• Established media contacts and PR agency experience are an advantage.
• Event management and influencer marketing experience is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
