Job Responsibilities

Government and Public Affairs

1. Responsible for day-to-day communication and relationship management with government departments, local governments, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other public institutions.
2. Assist the company in handling government visits, government projects, policy consultation, government meetings, and related public affairs.
3. Support government communication and resource coordination for major company initiatives, including major investment projects, factory construction, and business expansion.

Media and Public Relations

1. Responsible for maintaining relationships with mainstream media, industry media, financial media, and specialized media.
2. Establish and maintain a media resource database for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.
3. Monitor media coverage of the company, its brand, and the industry, and promptly identify potential public opinion risks.
4. Assist in the content planning and management of the company's official website, LinkedIn, and other external communication channels.

Public Opinion and Crisis Communications

1. Assist in developing crisis communication plans and coordinate internal and external resources when emergencies occur.

Support for Foreign Employees and Government Affairs

1. Assist the company in handling government-related matters such as work permits, residence permits, and visas.
2. Establish sound communication mechanisms with labor authorities, immigration authorities, local governments, and other institutions.
3. Track relevant policy changes and report them to management in a timely manner.
