INTERNSHIP 2027 – YOUR FIRST STEP INTO THE REAL WORLD

Ready to turn what you learn at university into something real?

At Marquardt, we believe great careers can start with curiosity, not with a long list of requirements.

For our 2027 Internship Program in Sibiu, we are looking for students who are curious, responsible and eager to learn — and who want to discover what happens behind the scenes of a global technology company.

Whether your interest is Research & Development, Operations or Support, there is a place for you to explore, learn and make an impact.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a student based in Sibiu and available for an internship in 2027.
• You are curious and genuinely interested in learning how things work.
• You are responsible, reliable and willing to take ownership of your tasks.
• You have a medium level of English and are comfortable communicating in an international environment.
• You bring a positive attitude, passion and the courage to ask questions.
• You don't need to know everything — you just need to be ready to learn!

️ RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your area of interest, you will:

• Support real projects and day-to-day activities within Research & Development, Operations or Support Departments.
• Learn from experienced colleagues and discover how a global technology company works.
• Take part in practical tasks, analyses, improvements and projects relevant to your field of study.
• Bring your ideas, ask questions and contribute to finding better ways of doing things.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and learn what it means to work as part of a professional team.
• Get a first-hand look at the technologies, processes and people behind innovative automotive solutions.

WHAT WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR

Curiosity. Passion. Responsibility. Team spirit.

Your CV tells us what you have learned so far.
