About Us

Leesing Marrison Lee & Co is a long-established and progressive firm of Chartered Certified Accountants, providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a diverse range of owner-managed businesses, charities and individuals.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of clients and be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and tax services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and review of statutory accounts
• Corporation tax and personal tax compliance
• Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns
• Advising clients on accounting and business matters
• Managing client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Assisting clients with cloud accounting software

About You

Essential requirements:

• ACA, ACCA qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
• Minimum 5 years' experience working within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and IRIS
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Well organised with strong attention to detail

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
