In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team of six Practice Administrators, navigating multiple workflows with ease.

We're seeking an individual who possesses a strong knack for organisation, administration, and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when it comes to billing and financial administration. The role will involve ensuring billing is accurate, timely, and processed correctly, with a high level of care given to details such as invoices, accounts, patient information, and billing requirements.

While prior experience in the medical field is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. What truly matters is your ability to foster positive relationships with both physicians and patients, work confidently within a busy team environment, and take initiative when required.

Whether you come from a healthcare background or bring expertise from another industry, we value teamwork, initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of our patients. A strong understanding of billing processes, or previous experience working with accounts or invoicing, would be highly regarded.

40 hours per week
Compensation based on experience.
