Join Advanced Heart & Vascular Associates, a specialized cardiovascular and vascular care practice, as their new Practice Administrator in Hudson, Florida! The Position

• The Practice Administrator will provide hands-on entrepreneurial operational leadership for a growing cardiovascular practice with a strong focus on interventional cardiology, vascular diagnostics, and office-based lab (OBL) services. This leader will oversee day-to-day practice operations while creating the structure and consistency needed to support continued growth.
• The Administrator will oversee approximately 21 FTEs and establish clear expectations, accountability, and standardized processes across the practice. This leader will take ownership of operational issues, employee relations, staffing needs, and day-to-day administrative decisions, allowing physicians to remain focused on patient care.
• A key priority will be supporting the practice’s expansion strategy, including the planned acquisition of additional OBL locations. The Administrator will help develop the operational infrastructure, staffing models, workflows, and processes necessary to successfully launch and integrate new locations, with the potential for future growth into an ASC model.
• The Practice Administrator will play an important role in physician recruitment and workforce planning as the practice grows. This includes helping identify staffing needs, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of additional physicians and staff, and ensuring the organization has the appropriate resources in place to support expanding services.
• Oversee OBL operations and serve as a key leader in maintaining efficient, compliant, and high-quality vascular and cardiovascular services. The Administrator will manage vendors, credentialing, regulatory requirements, policies, and operational processes while ensuring the practice remains prepared for evolving healthcare and procedural standards.
• This leader will also oversee practice marketing and outreach initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with referring providers, increase awareness of services, and support continued growth. The Administrator will work closely with physicians to develop strategies that expand the practice’s presence and patient base.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong, decisive, and highly accountable Practice Administrator who is comfortable being hands-on and taking ownership of operational challenges. Experience within a cardiovascular, vascular, OBL, or ASC environment is required, along with demonstrated success managing practice operations, staff, vendors, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
• This is an opportunity for an experienced practice leader to take a significant role in building the infrastructure for a growing cardiovascular organization, supporting new locations, strengthening operations, and helping position the practice for its next stage of growth.

Requirements

• Experience within Cardiology and Vascular OBL practice required.
• Master’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of five years of leadership experience in healthcare practice operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable outcomes is required.
• Onsite position; relocation to the Hudson City market is required.

Facility Location A man called Isaac Hudson moved to this area in 1878 and founded a post office in Hudson Landing and soon this town became famous for its lumber, although in the 1930’s through the 1950’s fishing and the shrimp business also became important industries in Hudson. New restaurants were built on the waterfront which attracted many tourists to this town filled with over 25 canals!
