Practice Development Manager

About the role

Pantheon Chambers is seeking a Practice Development Manager to join our office located in Admiralty.  This role is responsible for promoting the Chambers, strengthening its brand presence, and supporting business development initiatives to expand its client base and market reach.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting members with submissions to international legal directories and other industrial awards
• Assisting members in organising internal and external networking events and CPD courses (including planning and providing on-site support)
• Administering pupillage & mini-pupillage schemes
• Maintaining chambers’ website and LinkedIn (including editing and creating graphics and videos that complement the written materials)
• External relationship management (e.g. fostering relationships with solicitors, law schools and industry associations)
• Setting and executing strategic practice development goals with members
• Conducting market research & analysis within legal industry
• Preparing annual practice development budgets and monitoring expenditure
• Designing and ordering chambers’ merchandise when necessary

What we're looking for

• Degree holder, preferably in Legal Studies or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an advantage
