GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Practice Facilitator works as part of CAI’s National Technical Assistance Program (NTAP) for Clinical and Preventive Excellence multidisciplinary team, funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), to plan and provide direct, hands-on technical assistance (TA) to the nation's community health center network.
