What they need
About the Position
Mind and Spine Chiropractic is a growing chiropractic office looking for an outgoing, dependable, and organized person to help expand our presence in the community.
As our Practice Growth Coordinator, you will develop relationships with local businesses and organizations, schedule community marketing opportunities, and represent our practice at health screenings and events.
This is not primarily a desk job or social-media position. It is a hands-on community outreach role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, initiating conversations, and building relationships.
No chiropractic or medical experience is required. We will provide training on our practice, our message, and our established screening process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research local businesses, gyms, schools, employers, nonprofits, and community events
- Contact organizations by phone, email, and in person to develop marketing opportunities
- Schedule community health screenings and promotional events
- Independently perform approximately three to four screenings per month after completing training
- Approach and engage people in a friendly, natural, and professional manner
- Explain our practice’s introductory offer and help interested individuals schedule appointments
- Prepare, transport, set up, and break down screening materials
- Maintain relationships with community partners
- Follow up appropriately with screening participants and business contacts
- Maintain a rolling 90-day external marketing calendar
- Track contacts, screenings, appointments, and results accurately
- Meet briefly with the practice owner each week for guidance, planning, and accountability
This position focuses exclusively on external community marketing. Clinical care, patient reviews, and internal patient-referral campaigns are handled by other members of our team.
Weekly Schedule
The position averages approximately 10–15 hours per week and includes:
- A consistent Tuesday morning office shift for planning, outreach, phone calls, and a weekly meeting
- Flexible hours for research, outreach, event preparation, and follow-up
- Approximately one community screening during most weeks
- Occasional evening or weekend events
Some weeks may contain more event hours than others. Applicants must have enough scheduling flexibility to attend community events outside traditional office hours.
Who We Are Looking For
The right candidate will be:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with people they do not know
- Comfortable calling local businesses and asking about partnership opportunities
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Energetic and professional when representing our practice
- Interested in health, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, or community involvement
- Comfortable learning and following an established screening process
- Able to accept coaching and apply feedback
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and basic office technology
- Able to maintain accurate records and report weekly results
Experience in community outreach, fitness, hospitality, event promotion, sales, customer service, membership services, or marketing is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Requirements
- Consistent Tuesday morning availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to local businesses and community events
- Ability to transport and set up basic event materials
- Occasional evening and weekend availability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
- $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Paid training and required meetings
- Mileage reimbursement for qualifying work-related travel
- Eligibility for performance bonuses after the initial 60-day training period
This is an hourly position. The successful candidate will be evaluated based on reliability, outreach activity, screenings completed, community partnerships developed, accurate tracking, and the quality of appointments generated.
