What You'll Do

• Lead practice innovation and knowledge management initiatives.
• Help lawyers leverage AI, legal technology, and modern knowledge platforms.
• Curate and enhance know-how, precedents, and best-practice resources.
• Improve legal workflows, efficiency, and client value.
• Identify, test, and implement innovative solutions to practice challenges.
• Support change management and drive adoption of new tools and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with 3 (three) + years, as a guide, private practice experience.
• Interest in legal innovation, knowledge management, and AI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for improving how legal work gets done.
• Experience with legal technology, automation, or knowledge systems is advantageous.
