At Areo Dental Group, we believe in empowering our teams and fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and excellence. Here’s what makes us stand out:

  • Competitive Pay including the opportunity to earn incentives - up to 20% of pay!
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision 401K, life insurance.
  • 1 Week PTO.
  • Growth Opportunities: Join an organization that is constantly evolving with new opportunities to lead and make a real impact.
  • Continuing Education: Initial training and continuous professional development opportunities to help you grow as a leader; we also provide LIVE CE with lunch or dinner so you can learn alongside our Doctors how best to elevate our patient care!
  • Core Values: Our leadership team lives by the principles of Team Orientation, Excellence, Humility, People-Focused, and Commitment.
  • A Thriving Culture: We provide a work environment where collaboration, mutual respect, and accountability are key to our success.

Your Role:

As the Practice Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of practice operations, ensuring the practice consistently achieves or exceeds financial goals while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with operational leadership to streamline practice operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Achieve Financial Goals: Be accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeted financial goals for the practice(s) you lead.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Participate in leadership meetings, share best practices, and make necessary adjustments to keep your team on track.
  • Recruit, Train & Develop Talent: Grow your team by recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent to support practice expansion.
  • Maintain Exceptional Patient Care: Ensure all team members provide patients with a "red carpet" experience that leads to 5-star reviews and solidifies your practice’s reputation.
  • Manage Operations Efficiently: Oversee staff schedules, conduct timely feedback sessions, and maintain a focus on achieving targets.
  • Present Treatment Options & Financial Plans: Guide patients through treatment presentations and help break down financial arrangements to ensure they get started on the right path.

  • Sales Savvy: Comfort with presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements. Experience with PPO/Fee-for-service environments is a plus!
  • Team Management Skills: Ability to coach, counsel, and redirect teams to meet desired outcomes and improve performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in practice operations.
  • Accountability: Hold yourself and your team accountable to achieving goals and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Communication: A persuasive communicator with a professional, empathetic, and approachable demeanor.
