I'm partnered with a nationally recognised, employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm seeking a Practice Leader to help drive the continued expansion of their Land Development business in Celina and the surrounding North Texas market.

This organisation has built a reputation for delivering some of the nation's most complex and high-profile private development projects, with expertise spanning civil engineering, survey, environmental, geotechnical, and planning services. The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role for an established land development professional who wants to play a key part in shaping the future of a growing office. You'll have the autonomy to develop client relationships, grow a team, win work, and lead major development projects throughout one of the most active development corridors in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Land Development practice in the Celina market
• Drive business development efforts and strengthen relationships with developers, homebuilders, and private-sector clients
• Oversee project delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and stakeholders
• Mentor, develop, and recruit engineering talent
• Ensure technical excellence, project profitability, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership across multiple disciplines to support continued growth throughout Texas

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• Extensive experience within Land Development consulting
• Proven track record leading teams and managing client relationships
• Strong business development and seller-doer mentality
• Experience winning and delivering land development projects
• Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting
• Existing relationships within the North Texas development community highly preferred
