Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
• Manage and coordinate staff, schedules, workflows, and performance.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
• Develop and implement SOPs and improve operational processes.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, facilities, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor practice performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Support budgeting, financial controls, and revenue-related activities. Liaise with vendors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in practice, clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
