Dental Office Manager – Dynamic Dental Care

Dynamic Dental Care is looking for an experienced, organized, and people-focused Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our growing practice.

We are a busy, patient-centered dental office with two doctors and a talented clinical and administrative team. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who communicates well, follows through, holds others accountable, and helps create an efficient and positive environment for both patients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and hold the dental team accountable
• Oversee daily front-office and practice operations
• Manage scheduling to support productivity and excellent patient care
• Monitor collections, accounts receivable, insurance claims, and financial arrangements
• Track practice goals, including production, collections, and schedule performance
• Train and coach front-office team members
• Conduct productive morning huddles and team meetings
• Help present treatment and support patients with scheduling and financial questions
• Maintain office systems, policies, and protocols
• Address patient concerns professionally and compassionately
• Coordinate staffing, time-off requests, and employee performance
• Work closely with the doctors to improve efficiency and support practice growth

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental office management experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, billing, and collections
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-through
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements
• Able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Experience with dental practice-management software is preferred

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Location: Dynamic Dental Care – Spokane, Washington
Pay: Based on dental management experience
