Smithfield Dental and Dental on Martyn are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Dental/Medical Practice Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in beautiful Far North Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who enjoys managing two busy practices, supporting dedicated teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practices.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical and administrative team.
• Managing patient appointments and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
• Handling payroll, accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
• Managing stock, suppliers, and general practice administration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Practice Manager.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Confidence working with budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
• A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Experience with dental practice software (preferred but not essential).
