  • Overseeing payments, banking, reconciliations, accounts and expense control
  • Managing stock, suppliers, equipment, facilities and general practice requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and high standards of presentation, privacy, safety and compliance

About you

You will be a confident and capable manager who can lead people, make decisions and take ownership of practice performance.

To be considered, you will have:

  • At least one year of experience as a Practice Manager
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing employees
  • Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence managing competing operational priorities
  • Experience monitoring performance and holding employees accountable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound financial and commercial awareness
  • Experience preparing reports and working with performance data
  • A professional and practical approach to resolving workplace and service issues
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with Head Office
  • A willingness to remain hands-on and assist with reception and practice duties when required
  • Willing to travel between locations regularly

Experience in chiropractic, allied health, medical or another healthcare environment will be highly regarded.
