Practice Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, including staff leadership, recruitment, performance and development; financial and business management; health and safety, compliance, risk and quality management; practice systems, facilities, IT and equipment; PHO and stakeholder relationships; supporting strategic planning and service development; maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture; and ensuring patients receive a welcoming and responsive service.

• Ensuring patients receive a welcoming and responsive service
• Day-to-day management of the practice to ensure it operates efficiently, safely and sustainably
• Working closely with the Board and clinical team

• Respectful of the diverse needs of our patients and community
• Experience in medical practice management or healthcare preferred, but strong transferable management experience will be considered
