Practice Manager

Ashton Medical Group is looking for a dynamic, highly organized Full-Time Group Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across our two premier Sydney clinics: Rockdale and Bondi Junction.

Our clinics combine general practice medicine with specialized vein and cosmetic treatments. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior professional ready to manage diverse teams, streamline cross-location workflows, and drive operational excellence across a growing multi-discipline healthcare group.

Thr Role

• Status: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
• Locations: Split across both Rockdale and Bondi Junction sites (flexibility/travel between locations required)

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations at both the Rockdale and Bondi Junction locations, managing and mentoring on-site reception and nursing teams.
• Cross-Location Systems: Standardize workflows, rosters, and communication channels across both clinics to ensure seamless, unified service standards.
• Financial Oversight: Manage multi-site practice billings, practice analytics, Medicare compliance, and optimization of both GP and private cosmetic revenue streams.
• Compliance & Quality: Lead RACGP accreditation processes across both locations and ensure strict adherence to medical privacy and WHS regulations.
• Software Management: Maintain deep operational oversight of Best Practice software and Timely setup across the group, ensuring efficient data management and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience as a Senior Practice Manager or Group Manager in an Australian medical setting. Multi-site or group clinic management experience is highly advantageous.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Best Practice software (including multi-site or database switching setups) is essential.
• Logistics & Leadership: Exceptional multi-tasking skills, a proactive management style, and the ability to seamlessly split focus and time between two busy clinics.
• Transport: Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel between Rockdale and Bondi Junction.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
