The current Practice Manager has played a pivotal role, walking alongside Directors since 2005. Their upcoming retirement creates opportunity for an equally exceptional person to continue the journey. With a new facility and refreshed forward looking strategy, the scene is set for great things to come.

The Opportunity

You will keep the vision alive and be a driving force for progress. You will have a unique finger on the pulse across everything and everyone. You will provide trusted support to Directors and develop strong working relationships across the team. You will make sound decisions, prioritise effort astutely and provide wise counsel.

Successfully balancing all moving parts requires maturity, expertise and care. This is your opportunity to lead from the front, pulling the strands together and progressively shifting the dial.

You don’t require a background in general practice or health, though exposure to customer centric environments where quality, confidentiality and sensitivity are key will be highly valued. When all’s said and done you intuitively understand that patients are at the heart of everything and will seek to improve their experience each and every day.
