Our client is seeking a Practice Manager / Office Manager to join their successful firm with multiple offices across the region.

This Lexcel accredited high street practice has been servicing the business and private communities for over 100 years. The very cohesive and growing Partnership are keen to recruit a manager to be part of the leadership team and supporting the Partners on a day-to-day basis. This is a very hand on and varied role where it is hoped that the successful applicant will take a lead on many businesses’ operational needs. To be considered, you will be in a similar position with strong compliance and operational capabilities ideally within a legal firm. Key areas of experience will include:

HR function and Staff Management

Recruitment

Office Operations, facilities and IT projects

Compliance and liaison with regulatory bodies

Managing, attending and drafting minutes of Partnership Meetings

Knowledge of Legal Finance would be advantageous

Delivery of services, solutions and managing Client Complaints
