Practice Manager

Position Summary

HearNow ENT is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Practice Manager to oversee the daily clinic operations of our ENT practice. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, delivering an outstanding patient experience, and supporting our physicians and staff. The Practice Manager will directly supervise our Medical Assistants (MAs) and other support staff while maintaining operational excellence across all clinic locations.

The primary work location is our Irving clinic. This position requires travel to our Plano clinic 1 day per week and our Denison clinic 1 day per week to provide leadership, ensure operational consistency, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of HearNow ENT clinics.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate Medical Assistants (MAs) and other clinical support staff.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across clinic locations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
• Partner with physicians to optimize clinic operations and patient flow.
• Provide performance evaluations and coaching for medical assistants and other support staff.
• Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Monitor operational metrics, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with billing and administrative teams to improve scheduling accuracy, documentation, and revenue cycle performance.
• Address patient concerns professionally and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of three (3) years of healthcare practice management experience, preferably in a specialty clinic.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Previous experience supervising Medical Assistants or clinical support staff.
• Strong knowledge of medical office operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and healthcare compliance.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment in order to meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
• Preferred: Experience in an ENT/Allergy practice.

Pay

$60,000 - $75,000 per year commensurate on experience
