Practice Manager

In coordination with the director, support and participate with the planning, review of systems, procedures, monitoring of the office standards and drive quality improvement initiatives

Provide leadership and oversight of front-of house operations ensuring effective day- to-day operations and resolutions through professional communication

Oversee general administrative functions, office resources including allocating personnel, space and office equipment

Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, leave management and performance management while promoting a positive, productive and accountable workplace culture.

Coordinate administrative and operational support for the clinical team, practitioners, allied health workers and external stakeholders.

Liaising with different agencies to ensure works are compliance with Medicare, RACGP standards, and other regulatory bodies

Oversee clinic billing, banking, financial administration and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and appropriate financial controls.

Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
