Practice Manager

Our practice is looking for a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee operations and elevate the patient journey from first touch to follow-up care. What You’ll Own

• Ensure an elevated level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized care
• Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures
• Monitor and actively engage patient feedback according to guidelines
• Ensure Practice is on track for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
• Monitor practice performance metrics and help implement strategies for improvement
• Ensure practice operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Assist in the recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of all practice staff
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and high performance
• Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution effectively

Who You Are

• 3+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries such as retail, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or premium consumer services
• Strong track record of driving growth and leading teams to ambitious targets
• Skilled in building culture, coaching leaders, and holding teams accountable
• Financially fluent with experience managing regional P&Ls and performance metrics
• Balances systems and relationships with equal strength
• Exceptional communicator with a decisive, integrity-driven leadership style
