Sculpt Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, motivated Practice Manager to oversee daily operations at our Fairfax location. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a related healthcare setting.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage a team, drive revenue growth, improve patient retention, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while maintaining Sculpt’s premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
• Lead, train, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Drive revenue growth through patient conversion, retention, rebooking, and referrals.
• Monitor sales, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized patient experience.
• Collaborate with providers and the marketing team to support practice growth and patient acquisition.
• Manage inventory, administrative tasks, and operational reporting.
• Maintain compliance with practice policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and the patient journey.
• Proven ability to drive sales, revenue, and team performance.
• Experience with practice management systems and performance metrics preferred.
• Professional demeanor with a patient-focused, results-driven approach.
