Prepare data-management reports, trackers, census information, audit tools, and leadership summaries.
Coordinate ordering, inventory, distribution, purchasing-card documentation, invoices, vendor expenses, and emergency supplies for assigned programs.
Support orientations, tours, resident and student programs, educational presentations, employee-engagement activities, and special projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, behavioral health, public health, human services, or a related field (PREFERRED; relevant education and progressively responsible experience may be considered)
3+ years of administrative, practice-management, healthcare-operations, behavioral-health, or related experience.

Ability to lead through influence, provide clear work direction, and collaborate effectively with clinical and nonclinical teams.
Ability to manage confidential information and use sound judgment in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Staying compliant on all trainings, immunizations, and policy/procedure updates.
