For years, Cute Smiles 4 Kids has been helping children in our community feel brave, cared for, and proud of their smiles. Now we're looking for a Practice Manager to help lead our Dunlap office into its next chapter.

What you'll do

• Partner with our doctors and field operations team to spot opportunities, solve challenges, and turn ideas into action
• Greet patients and families with a warm smile, and tend to their needs along the way, whether that's comforting a nervous little one, answering a parent's question, or making sure everyone feels at home
• Lead your team with consistent, practical management routines that help the office thrive and grow
• Build and refine clear standard operating procedures so everyone knows what great looks like
• Keep communication open and honest so feedback and ideas are always heard and put to good use
• Speak up for your team and make sure they have the resources and support they need
• Welcome new team members with a thoughtful, well-organized onboarding experience
• Coach and train your team on office policies and best practices
• Set clear expectations, give regular feedback, and help each team member map out their professional growth
• Keep an eye on key measures of success, including patient experience, and use what you learn to make the practice even better
• Support the practice's financial health by encouraging organic growth and managing costs wisely
• Champion an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
• Pitch in wherever needed (we're a team, after all)

What you bring

• 3+ years of operations experience (dental experience is a plus)
• A track record of helping a business grow, including increasing production and improving overall performance
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to help us communicate with Spanish-speaking patients
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people and practices grow
• A warm, welcoming presence that puts kids and parents at ease
• A knack for staying organized, setting priorities, and delegating with confidence
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and other business software
• Experience managing a P&L and a solid grasp of core financial metrics
